So that's how you make a flowchart. >.>

My guild uses a fairly good strategy on standard bosses- the tank healers never heal anyone but their assignment, and the raid healers can throw their heals any old place. It's a rare time when we lose DPS, and it's almost always their fault. Obviously, certain fights require specific strategies, but absent any weird healing gimmicks (like loatheb), this works well.

Nice flowchart! I am not sure if it is a typo or not, but I find it very funny that from the node “Has the DPS told you they need healing?” the two answers are “Yes” and “Yes”!

    /laugh!

Yeah, that's a typo. Notice that the diamond above it has “No” and “No”. ;) I switched their positions at one point, and forgot to switch the follow-arrows when I switched back.

    It's fixed now. :)

Is this DPSer 1000 DPS above the next highest DPSer? Is he dying on Loatheb and hasn't received a single heal the whole encounter?

THEN HEAL HIM FOR FUCK'S SAKE

    *still bitter*
