Thank goodness:

We’re going to remove the Pennance glyph change from patch 3.1.2. We feel that particular change shouldn’t be necessary anymore. - Kalgan

    I have to agree and cheer Blizzard for this!!! Thank God!!! I was very disappointed to see the change to this glyph originally. It's amazing what the difference 2 seconds off the CD can make. I'm glad Blizzard realized their mistake and is letting us keep our original glyph of wonderfulness!
