It's no-target and spammable, which gives it a distinct edge when you're moving but uncontrolled. Plus, the damage from the tendrils is slight enough that POM is overkill - it'll be healing for 7-9k on 100-health hits. Save POM for when everyone lands. ProM: 365-day cooldown and it’s generally pretty disappointing when it comes up. ;)
