Note: these are changes I want to see. As far as I know, none of them have been officially announced.
- Druid travel form is usable indoors. (Guys, really, we can use it throughout the entirety of Undercity but not in the windrider tower in Thunder Bluff?)
- Milling is migrated from Inscription to Herbalism. Pigments get more uses than just making ink.
- Low-level cooking recipes provide a larger range of benefits. (Right now it’s +Stamina/+Spirit or, occasionally, +MP5 until the Outland foods.)
- Basic food and drink are rescaled so that characters just before the next level of consumables don’t have to drink twice.
- Players can rearrange characters on the character select screen.
- Battle.net account-based chat allows for external clients like iChat and Digsby.
- Zones have seasonal weather. Rain in Elwynn in the summer, snow in the winter.
- Each of the capital cities offers a tabard starting at level 15 that allows the character to gain reputation for kills in instances.
- Using the “Teleport Into Instance” option takes you to the group’s position, not to the start of the instance. (Or is that just me?)
-
GREEN FIREBuffing someone who’s flagged for PVP and not in combat no longer flags you for PVP.

Some really good ideas there. I especially like the idea of milling moving to herbalism; after all, miners can refine ore through smelting–they could have had smiths or engineers do that.
And omg yes let me rearrange my character screen!
Err…I thought Teleport Into Instance does take you to the group?
Re: Your current poll (would you pay for a blog theme?): I did; it’s called Thesis. With it, I can duplicate just about any 1-, 2-, or 3-column theme (which is exactly what I did with it–then modified it my own preferences). Not cheap, but well worth it, in my judgment.

Milling for herbalism is great. I’d love to see the crushed herbs become a multi-use resource even, not just for inscription. Smelted bars are used by engineering, blacksmithing, and jewelcrafting to some degree. Show some love to the flower pickers out there!
I think when you start an instance in progress it teleports you to the party location, but teleporting out and back in should bring you to the party location as well. /agreed

I’d like to see a tab in our spellbook for tabards, like the mount and pet one. It would also be nifty to have one for old gear sets.
I’d also like to see reagents for buffing go away.

The idea you posted about the tabards is the one I agree with most – that would be VERY nice! (Jas had a good idea with a tabard tab in the spellbook, that would make tabard selection so easy!)
I would also be in support of rearranging characters on the screen and also a better variety of buff foods in the old world.
